Exchange Policy: Exchanges for incorrect sizing are subject to availability, as our products are made to order. While we strive to accommodate size exchanges, we cannot guarantee stock availability. Please contact us promptly if there is an issue with the size of the product you received.
Faulty Items: If an item is deemed faulty, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund, following a return of the items. This process will be managed at our discretion and in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available, and we will advise of local pickup location, once orders are ready for collection. Alternatively, you can opt for home delivery at an extra cost.
Home Delivery: For your convenience, we offer shipping directly to your home via Australia Post and Sendle. This option allows you to receive your items quickly and securely. Delivery within the local area typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are capped at $9 for larger items, while costs for smaller items will be based on weight and may be less than this cap. All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, ensuring transparency and affordability.
Order Processing: Orders are processed promptly, but please allow standard processing times for your order to be dispatched. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.
